Cancellation Policy

To request a cancellation, you must do so in writing to info@bellmechanics.com

If you request a cancellation within 72 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued. If you request a cancellation after this period, the Bell Mechanics Team will do its due diligence to fill your reservation with someone from the waitlist. If we are able to fill your reservation with another participant, you will be issued a full refund. In the instance an event is not sold out and a waitlist has not been curated, or another registrant can not be found to fill your spot, you may choose to obtain a credit to a future event, or receive a partial refund per the following terms:

Request for cancellation 90 days or more from event date: a refund of 75% of your booking price will be issued.
Request for cancellation 60 days or more from event date: a refund of 50% of your booking price will be issued.
Request for cancellation 30 days or more from event date: a refund of 25% of your booking price will be issued.
Request for cancellation less than 30 days from event date: no refund issued.

If you want to transfer your seat to another event, you will be allotted 1 transfer per registration with a reasonable explanation. If a health issue arises and you are unable to make the event, let Sam know as soon as possible, providing a Physician’s note stating you are unable to attend.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that impact Bell Mechanics ability to hold the event, a credit for a future session will be issued. In the instance that the minimum booking threshold for each city is not met, Bell Mechanics reserves the right to cancel the event and a full refund will be issued. Bell Mechanics is not responsible for any travel costs incurred by you in the event of cancellation for any reason.
